Ingredients:
- 2cups- Walnuts
- 4cups- Milk
- 1cup- Sugar
- 1-1/2tea spoon- Elaichi (Cardamom) powder
Method:
- Coarsely grind walnut
- Heat a wide and heavy bottomed pan then add milk
- Keep stirring milk on low heat till it reduce to half
- Add sugar and stir till it looks like condensed milk
- Add Elaichi powder and grinded walnuts
- Stir the mixture well
- Grease a tray and spread the mixture, cut into desired shape and let the mixture cool
- Keep refrigerated in an air tight container
- Healthy and tasty Walnut Barfi is ready
